Conditioning House Races Ahead!  

Priestley Homes’ flagship project, Conditioning House, continues to race towards completion.

In the past few weeks, there has been made major advances with the internal fit-out, with all apartments in Mill One now fully formed, and 75% in Mill Two.

Around three quarters of the total 600 windows are now fitted, with the remainder on course to be complete in the next month.

The next fortnight will see The Atrium roof coverings installed, and the scaffolding removed. This will mark a key milestone in the overall project, with Conditioning House truly taking shape.

Two show flats are due to complete in June.
