Originally, I had contacted them about a fancy development. Luke Edwards provided all the details of the fancy one but also opened my eyes to another development in a different city with greater potential. He was detailed and realistic in his projections. I’m very happy with the service so far. They charge a clear and transparent fee for their services and don’t hide it “commissions”.
