LUXURY LEEDS APARTMENT SCHEME LAUNCHED

Apartments at an eye-catching stepped apartment complex on a gateway site in Leeds have been made available for investors to buy.

Property investment company Aspen Woolf has launched Springwell Gardens, which has been designed by Leeds-based Nick Brown Architects with Citylife Developments.

Due to open in 2021, the 224-apartment scheme is located on Whitehall Road, next to the home of a new government hub.

The building will include floor-to-ceiling windows, landscaped south-facing terraces, private Juliet balconies, as well as a residents-only elevated garden and bike store.

Antony Georgallis, director, Citylife Developments, said: “We’re really proud of this development and the unique sail-like façade is a departure from the city’s existing residential developments and creates a new icon on the Leeds skyline.”

Oliver Ramsden, co-founder and director of Aspen Woolf, added: “It’s an extraordinary and fast-growing city. Leeds has been named as JLL’s number one city for rental growth between 2019-2023, and we’re encouraging investors to get involved at this early stage, as it is one of a small number of residential buildings that is available to buy.”
