My special star goes to Katerina! She is devoted to her work and when talking with her when you’re in difficulties she shows empathy. She encourages you and leads you to the sign of hope but not failure. She is a wonderful lady. She really helped us to achieve our goal. Our appreciation also goes to the directors of Aspen Woolf who played their part to make sure we have our flat back from the seller. Five stars are not enough, I’ve given seven stars!
